At Atelier La Meuse, we value customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it under the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Non-custom items:
You have the right to return any stock (non-customized) painting within 14 days of receiving your order. - Custom-made items:
Please note that custom-made paintings are not eligible for returns or refunds, as they are specifically created to your personal specifications.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- The item must show no signs of damage, use or alteration.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt by contacting us at info@atelierlameuse.com.
Important:
- Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
To return an eligible item, follow these steps:
- Contact us: Send an email to info@atelierlameuse.com to notify us of your intent to return. Include your order number and reason for the return.
- Prepare the item: Ensure the painting is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Use the original packaging.
- Ship the item: Send the package to the return address provided by us. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued for eligible returns within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.
- Refunds will include the purchase price and the original shipping costs (based on the standard shipping method).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Custom-made Paintings
Custom-made paintings are not eligible for return or refund due to their personalized nature. We will work closely with you during the design process to ensure your satisfaction before production begins.
