At Atelier La Meuse, we understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel your order.

1. Stock Paintings

  • You can cancel your order for stock paintings before it has been shipped.
  • To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@atelierlameuse.com or WhatsApp with your order details.
  • If your cancellation is successful, we will issue a full refund, including the shipping costs.

2. Custom-made Paintings

  • Custom-made paintings are created specifically to your personal specifications. Once the design and production process begins, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Before production begins, you may cancel your order by contacting us directly. Any deposits paid will not be refunded.

3. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible using the following details:

Provide the following information in your cancellation request:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for cancellation

4. Refunds for Cancellations

  • If your order is eligible for cancellation, refunds will be processed within 14 days after confirmation of the cancellation.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
