1. How can I place an order?

Placing an order with Atelier La Meuse is simple! Follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp. We will respond as quickly as possible.
Step 2: Let’s discuss your ideas and wishes together.
Step 3: Choose the format for your painting.
Step 4: You will receive an offer.
Step 5: Once the invoice is paid, one of our artists will begin creating your dream painting.

In the final step, your custom painting will be delivered to you.

 

2. What payment methods does Atelier La Meuse accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal

 

3. Which countries does Atelier La Meuse ship to?

We ship to:

  • All European Union countries
  • The rest of the world (as long as postal services deliver to the destination).

4. How long does delivery take, and how can I track my order?

 

  • For custom-made paintings, it takes approximately 20 days to complete the artwork. Additional delivery time depends on your location.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email or WhatsApp.

 

5. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the destination of your painting. These will be communicated during the order process.

 

6. Is my package insured?

Yes, we choose insured shipping to ensure your package is protected during transit.

 

7. How do I return an item?

 

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return your purchase, unless the product was custom-made to your specifications.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@atelierlameuse.com.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Important: Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted unless the damage occurred during delivery. In such cases, contact us immediately for a resolution.
  • Customers are responsible for the costs of returning the item unless otherwise agreed.

 

 

8. How will I be refunded?

 

  • If your returned item is eligible for a refund (non-custom products), you will receive:
    • A full refund of the purchase price.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the item in its original condition.
  • Custom-made products are not eligible for a refund due to their personalized nature.
